PROGRAM DESIGN
This is a unique program in that it addresses 'attitude' as the primary factor in effective communication rather than skills or knowledge. 'Attitude' in this sense is defined as 'relationship' (how we relate to, or treat, people) and is presented as a primary factor in effective communication. Once this is established then the skills and knowledge to improve one’s 'technical' communication makes sense!
